U.S. PCB Manufacturing Locations

Westak operates two printed circuit board manufacturing facilities in the United States, providing customers with domestic manufacturing support for prototype, new product introduction and ongoing production requirements.

Our facilities in Sunnyvale, California and Forest Grove, Oregon work together to support a broad range of PCB technologies, customer requirements and production needs.

Two Manufacturing Facilities. One Westak Team.

Westak’s California and Oregon facilities provide the flexibility of multiple U.S. manufacturing resources while operating as one coordinated team.

Common corporate procedures and quality systems are used across both locations, supporting consistent engineering practices, documentation, quality requirements and customer service.

Customers also have a single customer service contact who can respond to questions and provide order support regardless of which Westak facility is manufacturing their product. This helps keep communication simple and consistent across both locations.

Each program is evaluated based on technology, volume, lead time, material requirements and manufacturing capability to determine the Westak facility best suited to support the requirement.

Global Manufacturing Options

Manufacturing Options for Every Stage of the Program

For eligible programs without export restrictions that can be manufactured offshore, Westak Global provides access to qualified manufacturing partners throughout Asia.

Westak also operates a facility in Oregon, staffed by personnel who manage and coordinate the Westak Global program. Our team works directly with our offshore manufacturing partners, managing time-zone differences, language barriers, logistics and day-to-day communication.

For customers, the process remains simple: your Westak customer service representative remains your primary point of contact for both domestic builds and offshore programs. This provides continuity and allows customers to work with the same Westak team regardless of where their product is manufactured.

Together, our U.S. manufacturing facilities and Westak Global network provide a flexible manufacturing path that can evolve as volume, technology, lead-time and cost requirements change.
