Westak and its employees are fully committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations. This includes any payments for illegal acts, indirect contributions, rebates and bribery. All business conduct should be well above the minimum standards required by law. 

Forced / Child Labor

Westak prohibits the use of forced labor in our operations, including under threat of physical harm or other penalty. Further, Westak prohibits the unlawful employment or exploitation of children in our workplace. Employment will be in accordance with all local, state and federal US laws. All temporary workers used by Westak and all third-party contractors who perform work on Westak premises are required to meet minimum age requirements.
